Winning Letter of March Issue.
- Your Feb issue was even better than your Jan issue! My favorite part—the last page, which features the one thing you can do every month because it helps me achieve my goals. And last month’s was making realistic resolutions. I have to admit that I am a perfectionist but unfortunately, the time I take to complete my tasks is a bit slow. As a student, all the assignments given by my lecturers sometimes seem so daunting, so what I do is set realistic goals for myself and take baby steps, and when I say baby-steps, I literally mean 2 pages a day!
This helps build up my confidence and lessen my anxiety, especially during exam periods. Many people say I take my health too seriously, but I beg to differ. It is never too early to start taking care of your health and I like being healthy. I used to hesitate to pick up a copy of SHAPE, but after my first issue, not anymore. Kudos to SHAPE, which is now my must-buy mag every month. Thank you again.
