I’d always been heavy, and tried many times to shed the kilos, but somehow, it never worked because I didn’t have the determination or discipline to carry myself through what needed to be done. Then, one fine day last December, something woke me up, pushing me to try harder to lose the weight. I started watching what I ate and began exercising. However, I realised that I needed more tools to help me along my weight-loss journey—that is when I stumbled upon Shape. In Shape, I’m not just able to find all the right tips and tools, guides to healthy eating, and great exercises that I can do anywhere; I can also read about other women’s inspirational weight-loss stories. To date, I’ve lost a total of 22 kilograms, and I feel great!
