I’ve only recently become a fan of Shape magazine. As one who finds it hard to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly due to work and family commitments, Shape has helped me in so many ways. I get plenty of useful and ready-to-go tips on healthy foods to eat and habits, D-I-Y exercises, as well as fashion and beauty tips; what else can a working mum like me ask for? Keeping in shape is not all about being slim, but feeling comfortable and confident about yourself. I’m no size 6, but I feel great inside-out, thanks to Shape. I ooze confidence, and that’s what my friends notice about me. Being one who enjoys food, Shape has taught me to snack healthily—this means no binge eating or extreme diets; It’s just a healthy, happy me, and my Shape!
