I only started reading Shape recently, but I really like your "If you do 1 thing this month…" column. The tip in your August2011 issue (Get moving for 10 minutes on your non-workout days) was particularly practical and useful. Its’s so true that every extra step makes a difference. Ialso really loved your interview  with Jilian Anderson. It’s such an eye-opener that if Jilian was a chubby, overweight kid once, the rest of us have hope too! Kudos to the Shape team for such a useful yet entertaining magazine!
