When Kelly Osbourne caught a glimpse of herself in this outfi t, she flexed her biceps and flashed a smile. It’s a big stretch from the insecure person she once was, and the confidence comes largely from her dedication to exercise. For the past year, Kelly has been working out three times a week with Sarah Hagaman, a trainer with Blue Clay Fitness in Los Angeles. “To prevent boredom and target many muscles at once, we do a variety of strength moves on a Power Plate and Bosu,” says Sarah. “Mixing in cardio between sets keeps the calorie burn high.” The result is a firming-and-burning hour that has turned Kelly into a slim, sculpted, and self-assured star.
