1. ELIGIBILITY

SHAPE & Men’s Health Night Run ‘12 presented by GNC Live Well shall be conducted under the rules of MAAU and also a set of competition rules. This competition is open to all Malaysians, Singaporeans and foreigners with Malaysian Permanent Residence status aged 18 and over as of 31 December 2012. Please refer to the table on the reverse of this form for age qualifications.

3. PRIZE WINNERS

All prize winners must produce their identity card (Malaysians) or passport (Singaporeans) for age verification.

4. MANUAL REGISTRATION VENUE & REGISTRATION TIMES (WALK-IN)

    5. Postal entries are NOT accepted

    6. No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registrations

    7. Substitution or changing of categories is NOT allowed, so please select the category you’re eligible to sign up according to the age qualification, correct. Otherwise you will have to re-register

    8. Incomplete and/or late entries, and entries without, or with insufficient fees will be rejected. The decision of the Competition Committee is final when accepting entries

6. COLLECTION OF SKECHER RUNNERS’ TEE*, NUMBER BIB & TIMING DEVICE

      Time:       10am – 6pm
      Venue:       Block N-B1, Lower Palm Square (near Old Town White Coffee) Jaya One, No.72A, Jalan Universiti,46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan

    2. Please note that all the race kits without any special arrangement with the organizer and not collected during the stipulated collection period by 8th July 2012, will be deemed as unwanted and the Organizers shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly

    3. Please be advised that sizes of the Runner’s Tee are limited. Distribution will be carried out on a first come, first-serve basis

    4. There will be NO distribution of kits on race day

    5. Goodie bags will only be given out AFTER the race on EVENT DAY

    6. CLOSING DATE FOR REGISTRATION : 15th June 2012 at 5.30pm or when registration is full; whichever is earlier
