EAT THIS, BE HAPPY
Fatty
fish (like salmon and sardines), walnuts and flaxseed are all
rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which may elevate mood, according
to a new University of Pittsburgh study. People with higher
levels of the fat in their blood were less likely to report
mild depression than those with low levels. More research is
needed, but since the amount of omega-3s in your blood is directly
linked to the amount you eat, have 2 servings of fish a week
and flax or walnuts daily, and get ready to grin.
