If you think living an eco-conscious lifestyle is challenging under normal circumstances, try living out of Kerry Washington’s suitcase.
The actress often travels from her home in New York City to Los Angeles, where she shoots ABC’s new political drama, Scandal, and she’s currently in Louisiana making Quentin Tarantino’s pre–Civil War western, Django Unchained. Along the way, Kerry, 35, has devised a few creative tricks for staying fit, eating well, and bonding with her community—no matter where she lands.
