Who says that you can’t exercise after a delivery? In actual fact, you can perform simple techniques as soon as one week after your delivery to beat the flab and get your body looking the way it used to. Let’s face it, after going through a pregnancy, your body will be stretched out. "Muscles loosen with pregnancy and you need to tighten them up," explains Sister Elizabeth Muthu.

  THE MOVES   
ARM STRETCH
(TARGETS : CHEST AND ARMS)

  • Stand with your feet together and stretch out your arms.
  • Stretch your arms even further until they are pointing behind you and your shoulder blades touch.
  • Repeat 10-15 times.
