This elementary school teacher has learned that taking care of your health doesn’t have to be hard—it just requires a little planning.
ATHLETIC HER WHOLE LIFE, Alyson kicked her fitness level up a notch after she got engaged. “We were getting married in the Virgin Islands, so I wanted to look good while lounging by the pool in front of everyone I knew ,” she says. And with six-day-a-week workouts leading up to her wedding, she did. It’s been two years since the big day, but Alyson has kept up these healthy habits.
