To stay motivated, think like a kid: Play outside, make up silly names for exercises, and use children’s plates—they’re smaller, so you’ll eat less.

Go Nuts

Between meals, I munch on almonds and walnuts, which help me feel full and stay focused. And they’re packed with fiber and heart-healthy omega-3s. These are good fats!
