How I Got My Body Back

After a lifetime battle with her weight, this reader took charge and lost more than 45 kilograms.

Cindy’s weight had yo-yoed for years (she’d lost and then gained the same 18 kilograms again and again), but after three pregnancies her weight climbed to 109. “I couldn’t believe how heavy I’d become!” she says. “I knew I had to find a way to get to a healthy weight and stay there.”
