1. BLOOD PRESSURE CHECK High blood pressure can lead to heart attacks, strokes, kidney failure and sometimes even loss of vision. “People don’t know they have high blood pressure because it has no symptoms. I recommend getting yourself tested once every year,” says Dr. Nurul Dina Ong Bt Abdullah, a general practitioner based in Kuala Lumpur.
