2 tablespoons water

1 cup frozen

shelled edamame

11⁄4 cups shredded carrots

1 250g package

microwaveable whole-grain

brown rice

11⁄2 tablespoons low-sodium

soy sauce

11⁄2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 220g package teriyakiseasoned

baked tofu

1 220g can pineapple chunks,

drained

2 teaspoons toasted

sesame oil
