		<description>I always go for either jogging or skipping rope as cardio exercise 30 minutes daily but i noticed that my leg muscles have gone bigger and I dont really like it as i prefer having lean legs . I wanted to change to walking but the calorie burned isnt as much as jogging or skipping rope. Could SHAPE suggest any exercise that is more suitable and could help me sculpt my legs at the same time?</description>
